Who Can Apply:
Undergraduate students who have taken courses under the "Shining Star Program" and who have met the requirements to graduate.
Required Documents:

- Turkish ID Card/Residence Card
- Bachelor’s Degree or an electronically verifiable Graduation Certificate obtained from e-Government
- Original Bachelor’s Degree Transcript or an electronically verifiable transcript obtained from e-Government
- ALES or GRE Score Report (must meet the minimum score requirement for the program to which you are applying)
- Foreign Language Certificate (Must meet the minimum score required for the program to which you are applying)
