Information regarding registration and course enrollment procedures for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year for students who applied to our Institute under Law No. 7592 and whose applications were evaluated and enrollment approved is provided below.

Students must carefully review their enrollment status and academic progress as listed in the published document.
The course equivalencies for students enrolled under Law No. 7592 were determined based on the students’ enrollment stages.
For students whose registration was opened during the course phase , their missing courses are not listed individually. These students must complete the course loads specified in Article 19, titled “Course Load,” of the YTÜ Graduate Education and Teaching Regulations: Procedures and Principles, within four semesters starting from the semester in which their registration was opened.
For students who have registered for other academic terms, information regarding any missing courses and the courses they are required to complete is also specified in the published list. Students must carefully review the information pertaining to their own status before completing their course registration.
The maximum duration of study has been reset for students who enrolled at our Institute by exercising their right to re-enrollment under Law No. 7592. Students’ future graduate education and training processes are subject to the provisions of the current YTÜ Graduate Education and Training Regulations and the Procedures and Principles for the Implementation of the YTÜ Graduate Education and Training Regulations.
In this context, all students whose registration has been reopened must comply with all obligations specified in the Senate Rules and Procedures in effect as of the date their registration was reopened. These obligations are not limited solely to course loads and maximum study periods but also encompass all current requirements related to thesis, qualifying exams, thesis proposals, thesis monitoring, graduation, and other academic processes.
Therefore, students must take into account the provisions of the current regulations applicable to them under the reopened registration process, regardless of the policies in effect during their previous enrollment period.

Students who apply by September 28, 2026, and whose applications are deemed eligible under the relevant regulations will begin their studies in the educational stages specified in the lists announced above, starting with the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year.
Students whose registration has been processed must first select their thesis advisors and thesis topics through the e-Enstitü (e-enstitu.yildiz.edu.tr) system and apply to the relevant Department.
Students must carefully review the provisions regarding the opening of registration contained in the EYK decision and fulfill the obligations specified in the decision.
Students for whom enrollment has been approved at subsequent EYK meetings under Law No. 7592 will also continue to be announced as part of this notice. Therefore, students are required to monitor this notice for up-to-date information regarding their enrollment status and academic progress.
Master’s students without a thesis who have applied under Law No. 7592 are required to pay the program tuition fees currently in effect for the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 academic year's fall semester.
Students who apply by September 28, 2026, and are required to pay tuition must also complete their tuition payments by September 28, 2026.
Tuition payments must be made in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the Tuition Office announcement below.
28.Students who complete their applications by September 9, 2026, and fulfill their tuition payment obligations by the same date will be enrolled for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year.
Students enrolled in thesis-based master’s programs under Law No. 7592 who are required to pay tuition fees due to enrollment at another higher education institution at the bachelor’s or associate’s degree level must pay their tuition fees in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the Tuition Office announcement below and during course registration weeks.

Applications to our Institute under Law No. 7592 continue to be accepted within the specified legal timeframes.
Registration for students who apply between September 29, 2026, and December 9, 2026, and whose applications are deemed eligible under relevant regulations, will take place during the Spring Semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.
The enrollment statuses of students whose applications have been reviewed and approved for enrollment will be announced in this notice following the relevant decisions by the Higher Education Council (EYK). Therefore, students who applied under Law No. 7592 must regularly monitor their enrollment statuses, educational stages, course equivalencies, and the EYK decisions made regarding them through this announcement on a regular basis.
