For institute-related procedures concerning graduate education (such as enrollment status, Board of Directors decisions, graduate education regulations, etc.), please submit requests via e-Enstitü (https://e-enstitu.yildiz.edu.tr) system by selecting the relevant message category and sending a message to our Institute.
For matters related to course quotas, course schedules, classrooms, course offerings, and department-specific courses, please contact the relevant Department Secretariats.
Requests submitted through the specified channels will be evaluated by the relevant units and resolved as soon as possible. Please be advised that submissions sent through the wrong channels may prolong the processing time.
