Many forms related to the graduate education process are created digitally via the e-Enstitü system and made available to our students. Therefore, it is important to check whether the relevant form has been created via the e-Institute system before proceeding.
Forms that are not available on the e-Institute system but must still be completed are listed below. You can access these forms through the University Quality Coordination Office page.
To access a form via the Quality page, click on the Quality Documents tab in the top menu, then select the Forms page. On the screen that opens, you can access the relevant form by searching for its code.
