Announcement of the Evaluation Results for Our Graduate Programs for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year (Additional Application Period)

The evaluation process for graduate program applications for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year (Supplementary Application Period) has been completed. The rankings of our applicants on the candidate evaluation lists for the programs to which they applied have been automatically determined by the system based on the final scores they received as a result of the overall evaluation.
All applicants can view the evaluation results for our 2026–2027 Fall Semester (Supplementary Application) graduate programs by logging into the OBS system. Matters Regarding Online Registration
Applicants who have earned the right to enroll, September 8, 2026 – September 10, 2026 (12:00 p.m.) must complete their online registration via OBS THEIRSELVES during this period. It is the candidate’s sole responsibility to log in to the system and complete their registration within the specified timeframe.
2. Master’s candidates (Thesis and Non-Thesis tracks) must pay their tuition fees and complete their registration by the registration deadline (September 10, 2026, by 12:00 PM). Otherwise, even if they have completed their registration, their registration will be canceled and the spot will be given to alternate candidates. Click here for tuition fees.

Applicants Already Enrolled in Another Thesis-Based Graduate Program
According to YÖK regulations, you cannot be enrolled in two thesis-based graduate programs simultaneously. Applicants who have a thesis-based graduate program registration in the YÖK system must have their registration at the other university removed within the specified registration period. In the event of a delay in processing the cancellation of enrollment in the thesis-based graduate program at the other university into the YÖK system, an electronically verifiable document or a document bearing a wet signature and seal confirming that the enrollment cancellation process has been initiated by your university must be submitted via the e-enstitu.yildiz.edu.tr by selecting the message category “Upload Official Document Confirming Withdrawal from Other Universities.” The wet-signed and sealed document must also be submitted to our Institute within the registration period for verification.

Waitlist Registrations
Following the main registration period, waitlist evaluation rounds will be conducted to fill any remaining vacancies, and for candidates who are granted registration rights, the online registration process will be initiated on the dates specified in the registration calendar to fill the remaining vacancies. On the waitlist registration dates listed in the graduate academic registration calendar, candidates who have been granted waitlist registration rights will log into the OBS system and complete their registration THEMSELVES. The responsibility to log into the system and complete registration within the specified timeframe rests solely with the candidate.

Applicants Who Made Multiple Preferences
If the applicant is admitted to their first choice as a primary candidate, their second choice will not be considered, regardless of whether or not they complete registration during the primary registration dates. For this reason, candidates who have been admitted to their first choice as a main candidate must complete their registration during the registration period.
If a candidate is not admitted to their first choice but is admitted to their second choice as a main candidate, their first choice will not be considered in the waitlist evaluation, regardless of whether or not the candidate registers during the main registration period. For this reason, candidates who were not admitted to their first choice but were admitted to their second choice as a primary candidate must complete their registration during the registration period.
The rules above also apply to the evaluation of waitlisted candidates to fill any remaining vacancies.

NOTE 1: OBS graduate enrollment procedures will be completed by the candidates themselves via OBS, in accordance with the enrollment calendar and the guidelines.
NOTE 2: "SBE—Application with a Doctoral Admission Letter for Turkish Citizens," "SBE-Application with a Doctoral Admission Letter for International Candidates," and "SBE-Graduate Transfer Applications" will be processed by our institute.
