The registration process for candidates who have earned the right to enroll in graduate programs for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year (Supplementary Application) has been completed.
Candidates who have been granted reserve enrollment status in the first round have been announced on OBS. Candidates can log in to OBS to view their reserve enrollment status. Matters Regarding Online Registration
1. Candidates who have earned a reserve enrollment spot must complete their online registration via OBS between September 11, 2026, and September 15, 2026 (12:00 PM) THEY THEMSELVES . It is the candidate’s responsibility to log in to the system and complete their registration within the specified timeframe.
2. Master’s degree candidates (with or without a thesis) must complete their registration by paying their tuition fees by the registration deadline (September 15, 2026, by 12:00 PM). Otherwise, even if they have completed their registration, their registration will be canceled and the spots will be given to alternate candidates. Applicants Currently Enrolled in Another Thesis-Based Graduate Program
According to YÖK regulations, you cannot be enrolled in two thesis-based graduate programs at the same time. Applicants with a thesis-based graduate program enrollment in the YÖK system must have their enrollment at the other university removed within the specified enrollment period. In the event of a delay in processing the withdrawal information from the thesis-based graduate program at the other university into the YÖK system, an electronically verifiable document or a document bearing a wet signature and official seal confirming that the withdrawal process has been initiated by your university must be submitted via the e-enstitu.yildiz.edu.tr by selecting the “Cancellation of Registration from Another University” message category. The original, signed, and stamped document must also be submitted to our Institute within the registration period for verification.
Waitlist Registrations
Following the main registration period, waitlist evaluation rounds will be conducted to fill any remaining vacancies, and for candidates who are granted registration rights, the online registration process will be initiated on the dates specified in the registration calendar to fill the remaining vacancies. On the waitlist registration dates listed in the graduate academic registration calendar, candidates who have been granted the right to waitlist registration will log into the OBS system and complete their registration THEMSELVES . The responsibility for logging into the system and completing registration within the specified timeframe lies solely with the candidate.
Applicants Who Made Multiple Preferences
If the applicant is admitted to their first preference as a primary candidate, their second preference will not be considered, regardless of whether or not the applicant registers during the primary registration dates. For this reason, candidates who are admitted to their first choice as regular admits must complete their registration during the designated registration period.
If a candidate is not admitted to their first choice but is admitted to their second choice as a regular admit, their first choice will not be considered in the alternate evaluation—regardless of whether the candidate completes registration during the designated registration period for their second choice.
For this reason, candidates who were not admitted to their first choice but were admitted to their second choice as a main admission must complete their registration during the registration period.
The above rules also apply to the evaluation of waitlisted candidates to fill any remaining vacancies.
