Matters Regarding Online Registration
Candidates who have qualified for the second round of the waiting list must complete their registration online via OBS between September 16, 2026 – September 18, 2026 (12:00 PM) THEMSELVES. It is the applicant’s responsibility to log in to the system and complete their registration within the specified timeframe.
2. Thesis-Based Master’s Program /Non-Thesis Master’s candidates must complete their registration by paying tuition fees by the registration deadline (September 18, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ’), by paying their tuition fees. Otherwise, even if they have completed their registration, their registration will be canceled, and the spots will be allocated to alternate candidates. Students Enrolled in Another Thesis-Based Graduate Program
According to YÖK regulations, students cannot be enrolled in two thesis-based graduate programs simultaneously. Candidates who are enrolled in a thesis-based graduate program in the YÖK system must have their enrollment at the other university canceled within the specified enrollment period. In the event of a delay in processing the cancellation information for the thesis-based graduate program at the other university into the YÖK system, you must provide to e-enstitu.yildiz.edu.tr by selecting the “Withdrawal from Another University” message category. The document, bearing a wet signature and seal, must also be submitted to our Institute within the registration period for verification.
Backup Records
Following the main registration period, reserve evaluation rounds will be conducted to fill any remaining vacancies, and for candidates eligible for registration, the online registration process will be initiated on the dates specified in the registration calendar to fill the remaining vacancies. On the reserve registration dates listed in the graduate program registration calendar, candidates eligible for reserve registration will log in to the OBS system and complete their registration THEMSELVES. It is the candidate’s sole responsibility to log in to the system and complete registration within the specified timeframe.
Applicants Who Selected Multiple Options
If a candidate is admitted to their first choice as a regular student, their second choice will not be considered, regardless of whether or not they register by the registration deadline. For this reason, candidates admitted to their first choice as regular students must must complete their registration.
If a candidate is not admitted to their first choice but is admitted to their second choice as a primary candidate, their first choice will not be considered in the waitlist evaluation, regardless of whether or not the candidate registers during the primary registration period. For this reason, for candidates who were not admitted to their first choice but were admitted to their second choice as a primary placement, during the registration period must complete their registration.
The above rules also apply to the evaluation of alternate candidates to fill any remaining vacancies.
