About the Congress
As Yıldız Technical University, we are aware of the importance of social sciences for the development of our country. Within this framework, we are organizing an international scientific congress on May 11-12 2026 to provide a scientific discussion environment for researchers in the field of social sciences.
The main areas accepted at the congress are as follows:
- Principles of Atatürk and History of Modern Turkey
- History
- Art and Design
- Turkish Language and Literature
- Western Languages and Literatures
- Political Science and International Relations
- Economics
- Business Administration
- Humanities and Social Sciences
- Educational Sciences
- Turkish Language Education
- Social Sciences Education
- Primary Education
- Foreign Language Education
Abstracts
• The paper should be academically original and not previously published or presented elsewhere and not sent to any other journals or event for publication/presentation.
• The abstract should comply with academic ethical rules and should not contain plagiarism.
• Abstracts can be in Turkish and English.
• Abstracts should be between 250-350 words.
• 3-5 word keywords should be added to the abstracts.
• The title of the study should be written in centered, bold and all capital letters. The name and surname of the researcher(s) should be written under the title - the academic title of the researcher, the institution he/she works for, under each name.
• Abstracts should be written in Times New Roman font using the Word template. Font size should be 12 points and 1 line spacing should be left between lines.
• Each researcher can participate in the congress with only one paper. In the papers produced from the Master's / Doctorate theses, the advisor can ensure participation in the congress with maximum three different papers.
• The abstract should include the purpose, importance, method and, if any, findings of the study. Scientific language and style should be taken into consideration in abstract writing.
• Accepted papers will be announced on the congress page.
• The summary of accepted papers will be published online within the scope of the “Congress Abstract Proceedings E-Book”.

Additional Information
- Attendants and presenters may follow http://www.sbe.yildiz.edu.tr/. Details about the congress will be announced on the web site.
- Presentations can be given in Turkish or English. The time allocated for each presentation is 15 minutes.
- Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Congress Organizing Committee in terms of format and content. Organizing Committee retains rights to reject abstracts. After the first review by the Organizing Committee, abstracts are sent to the referees for a second review.
- In cases where the registration fee is paid but the presentation is not given, certificates cannot be provided.
- Congress Program will be announced on http://www.sbe.yildiz.edu.tr/.
- Auditors do not need to pay the registration fee.
